About Healthy Holistic
I build things for a living. This site is what I actually take before I build them.
Healthy Holistic isn't run by a wellness influencer. It's run by a general contractor in South Florida who's been getting up before the sun for two decades — first because the trade demanded it, now because it's the only way to run a company and still function.
3:30am starts aren't a productivity hack. They're the job.
General contracting runs on early mornings — permits, deliveries, crews on-site before the Florida heat makes the day unworkable. For years, the routine was coffee, adrenaline, and whatever kept the engine running. It worked, until it didn't.
A few years back, the crash points got harder to ignore: the 2pm fog, the short temper on site, the nights where sleep didn't feel like enough. That's what sent me looking for an actual system — not a 45-minute morning routine from a podcast, but something that could survive a real schedule.
Why This Site Exists
I tested this stuff before I ever wrote about it.
Every product featured on Healthy Holistic has been bought with my own money and used on real mornings — not sampled for a review, not sent by a brand looking for coverage. If something didn't earn its place in the routine, it's not on this site. That's the whole standard.
Most wellness content is written for people with time to spare. I don't have time to spare, and neither do the people I built this for — other founders, contractors, and operators running on early alarms and long days. — Founder, Healthy Holistic
What Makes This Different
No lotus emojis. No "unlock your best self." Just what works.
Written by a founder, not a blogger
Every recommendation is filtered through one question: does this actually help someone running a business or a crew on four to five hours of sleep?
A side project, run honestly
Healthy Holistic is a separate passive-income project from the construction business — but it's held to the same standard: do the work right, or don't put your name on it.
Commission never picks the winner
We may earn a commission on some products through affiliate partnerships — see the disclosure below — but the product has to earn the recommendation first.
